  • Do I have to pay to become a Freelancer?
    No, you do not have to pay to join as a Freelance Recruiter.
  • Do I have to come to Office?
    No, You do not have to come to office this is a Remote/Work from Home opportunity.
  • Can I apply even if I am currently working or associated with some other organisation?
    Yes, You can apply as a part-time freelancer role and can work on your week-offs.
  • How much salary will I get?
    There is no fixed salary for this role, It is a payout based job ,which means you will get commission on every joining made by you in the client company.
  • What is the payment period?
    The Payment period is minimum 45 days to 3 months after a joining is made, which is totally dependant on the level of requirement. This is informed to the freelancer at the time of sharing of requirement.
  • Is there any agreement?
    Yes the company completes the process of empanelment with all the freelancers. Although the agreement is only shared after the freelancer give at least one selections on the shared requirements.
  • Do you provide data support?
    Yes, data support is provided by the company. But freelancers are required to do most of the sourcing through there own sources.
  • Do I need to have prior recruitment experience?
    Yes, Because you will be working remotely, although we give time to time training but without prior experience in sourcing/Recruiting, you will not be able to manage the workload.
  • How will I get payment?
    You will get payout in your bank account, you need to have PAN card and bank account to start working with us. TDS shall be deducted on the payment made.
